
Dini’s career in Global Mobility began in 1988 and she’s been a member of BAPRM for the majority of her career, participating on meeting panels from time to time. Dini is currently a Senior Manager of Int’l HR Global Mobility at Oracle. In her current position she heads up Global Mobility for the Americas employee mobility programs and plays a role in driving mobility policies and processes worldwide in partnership with EMEA and APAC regions. Oracle currently employs approximately 110,000 professionals worldwide and continues to grow.
Immediately prior to Oracle, Dini worked two years as a Client Manager at Hewitt Mobility following ten years as an International Relocation Management Consultant at Hewlett-Packard and eight years in mobility at Syntex, which is now part of Roche. In addition to BAPRM, Dini is also a member of Western International Personnel Association (WIPA) where she has served as a board member and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC).
Dini was born, raised and still lives in the Bay Area of California where she is raising her four children (ages 3, 10, 16 & 18) and is an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers, Giants and the San Jose Sharks. Outside of work, she’s a foodie at heart, loves to cook and enjoys really good red wine.
